Magic lantern. By Elbs, Freiburg The attachment on the front of the magic lantern is <link ref="tec3006">Münsterberg’s apparatus for mixing colors by the combination of colored gelatine papers</link>. The papers were slipped into place like lenses, being mounted on levers.
